  Customer Service/Prejudice---The staff at this location are very prejudice. Everytime I go in there it's noticeable how differently white and black people are treated. This is a government building and I just don't understand how they feel like they can treat customers differently and without respect or a willingness to help.

  I would like to know why a carrier would lie n say they delivered a pkg to my address today n it even gives the tracking number yet I have no pkg nor any type of notice stating why. I'm sick n tired of my mail being placed in the wrong box when my address is in bold black letters n my house number is in gold letters on the outside of my box lid. I want to know where my pkg is n if your carrier isn't smart enough to do their job then by all means let me know n I'll teach them I did it for 14 yrs. I'm tired of being nice about it.
